A market leading provider of Point of Sale signage products, our client prides itself on its high quality ethic, product innovation, ability to deliver and service a very demanding and discerning client base. After considerable growth and a recent restructure they are now seeking to appoint the best talent that the market can yield. In order to maintain competitive edge within this highly aggressive market place, they now seek to recruit a proven Scheduling and Sourcing Manager to manage and develop the full value chain of the operation.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations and forming an integral part of the site leadership team, you will be fully responsible from back door to front door in terms of material management. A highly strategic role accountable for the full procurement from supplier sourcing, 3rd party manufacturing sourcing, rationalisation and supplier development right through the flagship site to planning and scheduling, inventory and stock management and ultimately distribution ensuring customer service and expectation levels are constantly met.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the print industry and more specifically Screen Prints. You will be commercially astute, forward thinking and risk aware with a "positive", "can do attitude". This is a critical appointment and as such you will have demonstrable experience in working at a senior level within a high SKU fast paced, responsive world class manufacturing/engineering environment. The ability to pro-actively drive and lead the current teams through a period of positive change and growth is essential. In order to ensure success it is expected you will be fully conversant with all aspects of site operations. A true value chain expert we are looking to instil 'best in class' materials management throughout the function.
