Due to the continued growth within our clients organisation they are now looking to recruit a Head of Facilities to lead the provision of facilities management services to a corporate portfolio within the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the service delivery team and manage succession planning.
- Plan and prioritise work loads to achieve and monitor KPIs.
- Ensure operational performance meets or exceeds service level commitments.
- Ensure financial performance meets or exceeds plan.
- To ensure that effective communication is maintained at all times with the client organisation.
- Attendance at monthly meetings with senior management and the client.
- To follow the Company Ethos and fully Support Investors in People.
- To take a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation across the operation
- To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the relevant Health & Safety Regulations.
Key Requirements:
- You will have at least 10 years of operational management experience within the facilities management sector, to both public and private sector organisations.
- You will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in terms of service delivery and financial performance.
- You must have experience of leading multi-disciplined facilities management teams and contract values of more than £10M
- You must be comfortable with interfacing and managing client expectations at a senior level along with gaining respect amongst a large team which will enable you to influence and motivate others towards achievement.
- You will be a member of BIFM or equivalent
- You will be educated at Degree level
