Our client is a dedicated Private Equity vehicle with over EUR 500million of committed capital and offices in London, Paris, Frankfurt & Milan.

The firm is going into an exciting phase of development and on a stratgic level, is looking to develop its profile as a leading integrated European lower mid-market player with an additional fund raising to commence in 2009. As a result of this planned growth they are now looking to hire an accomplished CFO to join its senior management team.

The successful candidate will be a highly commercial ACA qualified accountant with extensive investment/ corporate finance experience and a detailed knowledge of financial systems & controls. Previous experience working for a reputable private equity firm or asset manager coupled with a good knowledge of fund/ carried interest structures is essential. Due to the European nature of this role a second language would be helpful.
