My client is currently seeking a proven, tenacious, self-motivated and highly ambitious Business Director to take over the full running of their significant Loans subsidiary.

The operation currently employees over 130 full time employees who are responsible for sales, operations and administration. Alongside the management and development of this business the appointed Director of Loans will also be responsible for a significant marketing budget alongside the management of major B2B relationships.

With what we can only describe as a difficult market at present my client is looking for a highly successful and resilient Director of Loans with a strong commercial, sales and operational back ground.

The successful individual will report directly in to the group board of directors and hold full P&L responsibility alongside the ability to shape and develop the business as you see fit in order to drive performance and moral.

My client is an established Financial Services organisation with sites across the UK; it holds a respected brand and a service orientated proposition. The group is constantly changing and always looking to challenge the status quo and implement market leading practice and process.
