Shortlist Assistant Portfolio Manager - Emerging Europe Assistant Portfolio Manager - Emerging Europe

Due to a period of sustained growth this high profile real estate private equity firm is now looking to hire a multi-lingual Assistant Portfolio Manager to join its recently established "Emerging Europe" fund.

Based in London and reporting directly into the fund manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio management for the fund, including;

Macro/ micro-economic and property market research
Development of the fund strategy
Assessment of acquisition and disposal opportunities/ strategies
Investor reporting
Fund performance forecasting
Assisting with the due-diligance process on larger transactions (site visits, structuring etc)
Running the fund model including inputs, outputs and sensitivities

The successful candidate will have c5yrs relevant experience gained within either a real estate fund management, corporate finance, legal or advisory environment. He or she will have a strong commercial sense and investor performance orientation coupled with a proven ability to perform property market research in order to make decisions and recommendations in line with to the overall objectives of the fund. The ability to speak Russian and/ or Turkish is essential for individuals wishing to apply for high profile role.
