My client high on the radar of many private equity houses is what can only be described as a real success story. The business development in terms of geography, employees, Ebit and revenue has been reflected in much enhanced shareholder value.

The challenge over the next 4-5 years is not only to maintain this impressive record but to generate further growth both organically and through acquisition.

In order to strengthen the business they require an intellectually gifted individual who is likely to have achieved a first at Oxford, Cambridge,LSE or an equivalent calibre international university / business school.

Your current position is not totally critical as it is anticipated that your combination of intellect, energy, communication skills and gravitas will ensure you can change sectors and role should you be minded to do so. Age should not be seen as a barrier, young, dynamic individuals will be given equal consideration.

You will work with the senior executives looking at new market initiatives and channels to create incremental revenues. Your key skill will be your ability to assimilate and analyse data, factor in various dynamics and come up with suitable solutions which can be embedded into the business and the market in order to maximise the monetisation of the initiative.
