Group IT Support Manager - South East
My client is a specialist, global materials manufacturer who is experiencing a period of growth. Incorporated in their development strategy they have hired a high calibre CEO who has been tasked with doubling group turnover to c$1bn.
They have recently hired a new, highly talented leadership team and now seek a Group IT Support Manager to assist this team moving forward.
The Role
As the Group IT Support Manager you will work within the group head office supporting all IT services, ensuring they will be delivered in a professional manner in accordance industry standards and best practice methodologies.
With experience in back end server support, you will also manage a technician and help to support the building of in office computers and laptops, as well as managing ad hoc requests from the leadership team.
Specific responsibilities will include Active Directory management and maintenance, Lotus Notes email and database setup, Blackberry enterprise server support and Citirix management, amongst others.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in IT, Mathematics or Engineering. Proven experience of ISO standards or ITIL is desired as is experience in dealing with senior management.
