Our client is a successful commercial property management company working with leading London clients. Having recently won a new mandate to manage a diverse portfolio, they are looking to add a qualified surveyor to the team.

Based in mid Sussex the focus of the role will be the day to day management of the portfolio as well creatively identifying asset management opportunities of the properties with a view to adding value.

A proactive individual with a keen attention to detail who constantly looks to add value in the projects they are involved is required for this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with at least five years in the industry with a proven track record in property management. An excellent package is available for the right candidate.
