Business Development Director, Property Advisory

Our client is one of the top Real Estate advisory firms in the world with an exceptional presence in the UK and Europe. They offer a full range of advisory and transactional services to an outstanding client base across all sectors. With a turnover in the UK of over £280m and continued growth plans in a difficult market this organisation is looking to grow and develop when others panic.

At this time this organisation are looking for a Business Development Director who has a solid understanding of either; Retail property or Real Estate Research and Consultancy. You will be given the platform in which to build a revenue stream and have access to some of the most influential individuals in the property market.

The successful candidate will have a strong overview of the Real Estate market and will be a specialist in either Research or Retail. Alongside this you will be able to demonstrate how much revenue you have personally contributed in your current role. The successful candidate will be educated to at least degree standard and ideally have a secondary market related qualification.
