Our client is a global real estate investment banking and advisory firm who specialize in raising private equity for public and private real estate operating companies and funds as well as delivering strategic financial advisory services to clients across Europe, Asia and North America.

Due to a period of sustained this highly successful business is now looking to hire an experienced Associate to join it's established London based team.

Under the guidance of senior bankers you will assume responsibility for planning and managing the overall deal execution process, playing a lead role in the coordination of financial modeling activities, management of the property due diligence efforts as well as the documentation and closing of transactions.

The successful candidate will have an MBA gained from a top-tier business school coupled with a minimum of 3-5yrs relevant Real Estate Investment Banking/ Capital Raising experience. He or she will looking to join a market leading firm that, due to its dynamic and entrepreneurial culture will allow them to assume a high level of responsibility across all levels.
