Associate/ Analyst Real Estate Investment

Due to the imminent launch of a new opportunistic real estate fund this boutique investment/ advisory firm is now looking to make number of keys hires at Analyst and/ or Associate level.

Working as part of this recently established but highly respected investment team you will provide analytical support in the form of complex DCF & IRR models and will assist in sourcing and originating new investment opportunities across the UK & Europe.

The successful candidates will probably be working at a similar level within either the Real Estate Investment Banking or PE sectors and will have exposure to the commercial real estate market across Europe. This role would suit individuals looking to join a smaller more progressive organisation where they can work closer to the business and above all get greater deal exposure.

Due to the Pan European nature of this role second language i.e. Spanish or German is essential.
