My client is seeking to strengthen its central function across a number of disciplines, including Finance.

They currently seek to hire an exceptional Group Credit Manager who will be responsible for developing and delivering group credit management and payments strategy.

As a group position you will report directly into the Group Financial Director and be responsible for circa 1000 live accounts worldwide.

The business is driving real change and targets World Class standards across all functions. This position will be an exceptional opportunity to expand your knowledge base, develop as a person, partly by been a part of a really dynamic, fast paced team, and partly from working with a particularly high calibre CEO.

Ideally your post qualification experience will have included working in an International environment for a business which knows what good looks like. Knowledge of ERP systems e.g, JD Edwards, SAP or Oracle and an understanding of Manufacturing, although not essential would be advantageous.

My client is looking for a lawyer to join its busy Investment Management Legal team based in Hong Kong which provides a full range of legal support and assistance to its thriving asset management business in the Asia (ex-Japan) region.

The lawyer should expect a wide variety of predominantly asset management assignments around the region, including assistance with the development, structuring and maintenance of an exciting and diverse range of investment products and strategies across all asset classes. The legal team also handles corporate and general commercial work commensurate with the needs of a substantial international business with a dedicated infrastructure and operating platform.

Qualifications

You should be a qualified lawyer with proven experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate should have solid legal and regulatory knowledge of the international asset management industry and of investment products for retail and/or institutional markets, including alternative asset classes such as real estate, infrastructure, private equity or hedge funds, gained from a leading international law firm, investment bank or asset management company.

English language skill is essential and proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (especially Mandarin) will undoubtedly be an advantage- preference is likely to be given to candidates who can draft and negotiate Chinese language documents. You should be commercially aware and attuned to the needs of a global business, be able to work independently and have a collaborative and client-enabling approach to the provision of legal support.

My client is the world leading provider of medical assistance, international healthcare, security services and outsourced customer care. Following a period of considerable growth they are looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager to support their existing sales team. The role of Contract Manager is to provide exceptional commercial negotiation and commercial leadership in client-facing contract negotiation in support of the existing sales team.

The successful candidate will be required to lead contract negotiations in support of new and renewal membership business. Manage client objections to standard terms and conditions; respond to a wide variety of non-standard commercial agreements in a flexible yet commercial and contracts compliant manner. You will have a proficient understanding of EU Laws such as data protection, intellectual property, indemnification and limits of liability, non-discloser, consequential loss and be able to explain and apply their intent as well as negotiate them as it applies to their business in client-facing meetings.

We are seeking a qualified contracts professional with a proven track record or successful contracts negotiation with internal and external clients, contracts drafting and overall contracts management experience in an organisation that handles high volume business and works within a structured environment where procedure and policy is followed. Additional languages would be beneficial but fluency in English is essential.
