Human Resource Manager
Our client is one of the largest food production and processing organisations in the UK. With over 10k staff in the UK, they enjoy a well earned reputation for quality, service delivery and, above all, great tasting food.
They are currently looking for an HR Manager to join one of their divisions which produce chilled food in Corby.
Supporting 750 staff in a £50m t/o site, the main purpose of this exciting role is to provide professional and comprehensive HR support to the Corby office. Your responsibilities will include advising managers of all employment related matters and providing training & development to the team. You will be required to assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures and take an active role in business projects. You will handle staff recruitment and case management and will be involved in pensions and salaries. You will be required to introduce new structures, systems and processes that will generate success.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and must be CIPD qualified. You will have previous experience of working within an HR Generalist role, ideally within a food manufacturing environment. You will also have the ability to lead, train and motivate colleagues and subordinates. A strong communicator, you will liaise effectively at all levels and will work well under pressure.
