I am working with a top digital marketing agency, which are now looking to bring into the fold a middleweight Flash Developer into the Flash team, where youll be working alongside designers, animators and developers to bring designs into life. Youll have a passion for squeezing the most from your own talents as well as the Flash platform, and most of all youll be keen to learn and experiment with the latest technologies and innovations.
As a member of the Flash team, youll sit squarely between the designers and .NET developers, so your ability to communicate and understand the requirements and nuances of both creative as well as technical issues will be crucial.

You will have demonstrable skills in all of the following:

  • Actionscript 3

  • OOP

  • Understanding of the use of XML in Flash

  • Connecting to back-end services

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

  • Flex framework

  • Papervision3D/Away3D

  • AfterEffects

  • 3D modelling

  • FMS/FMIS

Calling all Account Directors, Do you want to work for one of the worlds largest interactive marketing agencies? Do you want to work for some of the worlds largest brands? Do you love working in London?

This agency is an amazing agency to work for not only in the UK but internationally as well. With the agency experiencing continued growth they are now looking to expand the Account Manager process and bring in a highly experienced Account Director to work with massive brand names.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage client relationships (generally 1-2 clients), marketing efforts, and a client level P&L.

  • Ensure efficient and effective project communications.

  • Build strong, positive long-term client relationships by understanding current and future business issues, markets, competition, and audiences.

  • Proactively communicate and interpret industry trends and issues to clients.

  • Set-up and attend meetings, presenting project approaches.

  • Work with Group Account Director(s) and Departmental heads in building strategic relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Orchestrate cross functional teams to achieve strong client results.

  • Handle integrated client results across all relevant products/ services.

  • Work with client(s) to uncover business needs and objectives.

  • Craft appropriate strategies and identify/implement tactics which help achieve client objectives.

  • Co-ordinate delivery of multiple products/services to the client.

  • Manage process effectively and profitably.

  • Ensure communications, reports, presentations, and deliverables are of the highest standard, meeting client commercial needs.

  • Clarify client briefs to understand requirements, deliverables, end goals and risks. Communicate these effectively to internal teams.

  • Work with the Company and other agency teams to scope and write appropriate, innovative, and compelling proposals (suited to the size of project), ensuring they meet our level of web creative, accessibility and usability quality.

  • Understand strategy behind creative deliverables and provide insight and management in eliciting appropriate client feedback.

  • Champion output from the creative team.

  • Identify and share client feedback, account knowledge, and internal learning at internal project and post-delivery assessments.

  • Provide leadership and guidance for Account Managers.

  • Work with Project Managers to ensure appropriate resources are available.

  • Coach, train and develop direct reports.

  • Manage sales pipeline to meet targets for a portfolio of accounts.

  • Actively identify revenue opportunities including suggesting cross/upsell solutions that extend and improve our project and retainer deliverables.

  • Utilise campaign, client leadership, strategy, and people skills, to deliver considered opinion and advice across IA/BA/Strategy/Design and project management.

  • Work with Project Managers in providing revenue forecasting, contributing to the development of project timeline and budget.

  • Mobilise the Companys resources to most effectively meet account requirements.

We now seek to strengthen our Design for Print section with an experienced below the line, client focused individual. This specialist team is responsible for the complete process from design to print buying for projects incorporating multi-page catalogues, corporate and product brochures together with POS and exhibitions. We work with some of the biggest names in the UK across market sectors including travel, home furnishings, kitchenwares and various government departments and pride ourselves in our long standing client relationships - some of which span 15 years or more.

The senior role is both strategic and hands-on, a key opportunity for someone able to contribute significantly to the growth of the business through new opportunities and developing the existing client base. Its likely that you will already have successfully managed an account handling team and can bring with you a real business focus alongside a sense of fun to really motivate the team.

Commercially astute, you will have a proven track record in all aspects of print including digital with a focus on multi page catalogues, brochures and POS. Experience of CMS would also be an advantage. With excellent presentation and communication skills, your ability to work seamlessly with other areas of the business to deliver an integrated solution is key.
