Our client, a leading chemicals manufacturer in North Lincolnshire is looking to recruit an Operations Manager for their Top Tier COMAH site. You will have full control and management for all production, ensuring continuous improvements are driven throughout the business and improvements are made to cost and output.

You will ensure all production personnel are adequately trained, supervised, motivated and developed to meet the on-going needs of the business. You will have full and effective control of the sites annual production budget (controllable and variable costs).

You will be degree educated in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline and have previous experience of managing a similar size team in a process environment. Demonstrable experience of implementing and sustaining World Class Manufacturing techniques is essential. Six Sigma qualification is a preference but not essential.
