Our Process

Our process goes the extra mile, offering a range of enhanced services, from on-site handling of response, through to complete outsourcing of your executive recruitment activity.

The executive search and selection process starts with a meeting to discuss and understand your requirements in full. Based on this we will propose a solution to identify the best possible candidates.

We have identified key sectors where in-depth knowledge and experience are crucial to the recruitment process and our sector teams can help you find the perfect fit for your business.

In managed services each project is tailored to the exact needs of the client and each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who acts as a single point of contact. The account managers will manage a team of candidate resourcers, each equipped with the relevant technical expertise.

At Burns Carlton we recognise that the majority of our work on a retained recruitment assignment is carried out before a client interviews a candidate. To demonstrate confidence in our levels of service we offer a retained fee structure which reflects this by charging 75% of the fee, only when the appointed person has joined the company. In addition, for senior and executive hires, we offer free replacement for up to one year.
