In order to create the right growth strategy and platform they seek to appoint a senior individual proven in the field of talent management and people development.

You will work closely with the world wide CEO and his top team, evaluating the impact of structure and people the agreed strategy will have.

Looking at ensuring the individual and team dynamics achieve the required result. This will also including working with the bench pressure in order to ensure a suitable succession plan.

You will adopt a consultative, coaching and challenging style as appropriate. A proven background in profiling, developing and recruiting senior teams across international borders is essential.
