In order to maintain competitive edge within this highly aggressive market place, they now seek to recruit a proven Manufacturing Manager to manage and develop the full value chain of the operation.

This is a high profile role, forming an integral part of the senior management team reporting to the Operations Manager. Your primary remit will be to lead and continuously improve all aspects of Manufacturing Engineering (Q.C.D.) within the facility covering both day to day operations and strategic initiatives.

Having both budgetary and project management control for the Manufacturing Engineering function you will establish, train and develop an integrated team of motivated, success orientated professionals focused on embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout. Working closely with the plant management team you will determine long term strategic plans, ensuring process optimisation, consistency and sustainability, which will fully support the commercial objectives of the company and contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the facility.

The ideal individual will be from a fast paced 1st Tier automotive background and have exceptional operational ability coupled with strong commercial acumen. This is a key appointment needing an individual capable of driving world class manufacturing environments.
