My client is a supplier of true innovations plus solutions into a wide range of industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Construction and General Industry.
The business is currently sat in a pivotal position which will see a significant increase in demand for its products. They have an interesting proposition which has several tried and tested applications, plus there is a significant opportunity for mass conversion into a range of new innovative products.
The role has all the intrigue, challenge and stimulation which will excite engineers and strategically able people who have recently completed a MBA or similar.
The market is set to grow; therefore the skills of a true Business Developer and high calibre Sales Manager are sought.
Based out of Germany, you will have an International team operating across EMEA who carry out a mixture of Account Management and Business Development.
Your role will be to bring the leadership, direction, strategy and commercial management to ensure the team succeeds.
Beyond this the selected candidate will also need to be recognised as someone with high potential and a person able to move at an appropriate time into a VP/Divisional MD role.
The ability to speak fluent German is required.
