Main Responsibilities:

Global Brand Strategy Development for the defined CHC Strategic Power Brands Consisting of:
  • Build and promote the Power Brand vision globally.

  • Consistently evolve the global brand positioning to ensure the creation of true must-have consumer brands (leading market position, top of consumers mind and first choice in their category)

  • Lead the development of key brand communication tools: consumer advertising, packaging, digital, communication strategy.

  • Identify new business opportunities for the brand category, i.e. switches, competitor Products, distribution format, etc.

  • Lead identification and development of the brand Innovation platforms - from idea creation based on consumer insight to overseeing the brand innovation portfolio in conjunction with the Brand R&D Innovation Director/Business Development Director.

  • Identify suitable Key Opinion Leader /HCP support needs and action strategy with The Innovation Director

  • Participate in developing the brands geographical expansion strategy in conjunction with the Regional Directors and ensure appropriate launch and brand development Support for the defined CH focus markets


Requirements:

  • 2:1 university degree.

  • Proven consumer marketing experience in a leading FMCG/OTC company With a proven track-record in international marketing

  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills

  • Strong cross-cultural understanding

  • Big Picture Thinker - strategic and creative thinker

  • Strong leader with the ability to motivate and excite people.

  • Fluency in English plus one other major European language
