My client provides a range of Wear Solutions which can significantly improve the performance or life span or products and materials.

Some of these solutions provide true innovation to a range of customers which can include Automotive, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Construction and Mining.

This is not an easy business to be hired into; however given this it is able to offer an extremely interesting and dynamic career opportunity.

You will have intellect and education; your degree will be in a relevant area such as Metallurgy, Materials, Science or Physics and will be ideally supported by a MBA or Masters.

You will have proven Sales Management and Business Development skills, this is not a role for a general sales person, more a person who can create relationships and sell on a conceptual and solutions basis.

As the role is based in Germany you must speak German, it is also important that you have International experience dealing with a range of customers in various geographies.
