My client is an ambitious division of a well established group which manufactures a range of products already widely utilised within the Mining and related sectors.

In addition it is about to aggressively promote a compelling new solution into the same customer base. It is anticipated that mass conversion can be achieved in the coming years and as a result a high calibre Commercial/ Business Development Manager is sought.

You will need a relevant first degree which could be, for example, Earth or Materials Sciences, Mining, Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering. To create the business breadth and rigor, this will ideally be supported by a second tier qualification, ideally an MBA or Masters.

The role will include the responsibility for

• The management of a team made up of Sales people and Product Managers


• Business Development and penetration of the Mining Industry, promoting existing and new products.


• P&L responsibility for Global Accounts


• Strategic Growth with existing and planning around new accounts
