Focusing on the Commercial sector they are regular winners of industry accolades and awards.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join the management team, with a view to expanding the department as the business grows. Ideally individuals will come from a Scaffold and Access background, perhaps having worked in a local company. A sound understanding of Health and Safety within a Construction environment is vital, as are formal qualifications including NEBOSH and IOSH accreditation. Due to the niche area of this industry my Client would consider employing somebody from within the wider construction industry, providing individuals can demonstrate their ability and knowledge of working on live sites and an awareness of Scaffolding and Working at Height regulations.

This role would suit an individual who enjoys freedom to work at their own pace and have the ability to work independently, yet with a solid support network . There is a real opportunity within this organisation to develop your own team, every resource will be given to the individual to provide the tools to become a senior member of the management team.
