My client is a Joint Venture between two sophisticated and high calibre organisations. They have recently appointed a high profile CEO who is tasked with moving the business towards becoming World Class in its operations, and as a result significantly increasing its turnover and profitability.

The business operates globally, with operations across Europe, Asia, South Africa, North and South America. They are a recognised innovator within their field, spending approximately 10% of revenue on research and development. As a result they produce, create and manufacture a variety of high quality materials which provide solutions to a wide range of industry sectors.

Key to the CEOs team will be the appointment of a new Head of Group Corporate Strategy whom will replace the incumbent whose career is set to further develop within one of their business units.

The successful candidate will have a 1st class degree from a leading University, which may be supported by an MBA and proven experience with a leading, top tier Strategy Consultancy.

Reporting to the CEO, the role will facilitate the development of visionary, conceptual and directional strategic plans for Executive, Business Unit and other Senior Managers.

This will prove to be a pivotal career opportunity which will bring you into regular contact with their CEO, as well as allowing you to become part of the executive decision making process of a business which, substantial in size is already seeking to achieve a step change in the coming years.
