My client is a market leader in the Sports Marketing & Sponsorship industry. Due to continued success and global expansion we are seeking a Sales / Business Development Director with senior brand management experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and extending relationships with current clients.
[*}Developing new business relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinating all sales activities in the UK and Ireland.
- Develop and implement country sales business plans and strategies for short, medium and long-term business processes.
- Participating in brand developments and measuring its results.
- Identifying key accounts, developing a precise understanding of their organizational structures, financial status, decision making procedures and other relevant information.
- Improving continuously the selling strategies according with corporate principles.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree educated with a minimum of 3 years professional experience managing the Sales process of a top Marketing/ Sports business or brand with evidence of sales and achievements.
- Experience with management by KPI´s; understands major financial records incl. internal cost structures, revenue, balance sheet and collect outstanding debts.
