In managed services each project aims to be tailored to the exact needs of the client and each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who acts as a single point of contact. The account managers will manage a team of candidate resourcers, each of whom is equipped with the relevant technical expertise.
At Burns Carlton we recognise that the majority of our work on a retained recruitment assignment is carried out before a client interviews a candidate. We are so confident in our levels of service that we offer a retained fee structure which reflects this by charging 75% of the fee, only when the appointed person has joined the company. In addition, for senior and executive hires, we offer free replacement for up to one year after commencement. Fundamentally, you get an honest approach, from a recruitment company with a vision to employ the same core recruitment values it was built on.
