Our client is an International organisation and is currently looking to appoint a Country Manager - Europe for their Retail division. This is a chance for you to use your operational skills, commercial business development, and strategic planning skills within this forward thinking and ever expanding organisation. Relocation will be required if you are currently based in the UK, examples of countries covered; France, Malta and Germany to name but a few. Ideally you will be able to speak at least one other European language. 

You will manage the continuing evolution of the business, utilisise your personal drive to get results, your people skills will lead and inspire the senior management team, and your general management skills will maximise business performance. 

Focused on delivering results through your management teams, youll have particularly good skills in developing effective relationships at all levels, networking and influencing, and negotiating positive outcomes for the business. 

You will have experience in change management, also senior retail operations experience. 
You will be responsible for developing a culture of personal responsibility & accountability. 
Senior business planning and financial management skills are required within this role.
