My client; a Financial Services organisation is currently looking to expand its portfolio of services through the appointment of a Client Services Manager.

This is a newly created role for proven and highly successful client relationship managers with a track record in managing outsource relationships or major blue-chip accounts.

The role is a mix of both account management and business development. The successful candidate will report to the board and will be tasked with building new relationships with organisations which require outsource/customer service or sales solutions.

This Financial Services Business currently employs in excess of 400 people and has recently purchased a new call centre in order to support the new vision and plans. However the speed in which the vision is made a reality is largely down to the successful candidate.
