Our client is a multi-site producer of premium branded FMCG products. Following a recent acquisition and its integration into the UK head office they now require a Financial Controller. They have experienced extensive growth in the last four years and have created an outstanding platform for further growth supported by a highly innovative NPD programme.

The role will be responsible for the management of the companys sales ledger, purchase ledger and Treasury teams; providing accurate, relevant and timely management information to the Main Board and preparing the companys monthly management accounts.

The job holder will be responsible for safeguarding the companys assets, specifically cash and fixed assets and for the provision of Company Secretarial functions.

The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience ideally in the FMCG or retail arena and proven management experience of a finance team. The ability to work to very tight reporting deadlines is critical as is the ability to communicate at all levels within a multi-site organisation.

A background in FMCG or retail multi-site environment is essential coupled with excellent IT skills.
