This leading international real estate fund manager is now looking for an experienced Director to join its established European principal investment team.

Reporting directly into the European CEO you will be responsible for the origination and execution of both direct and indirect real estate investments that offer the opportunity for highly attractive risk-adjusted returns whether through it's opportunistic, value-added or mezzanine loan business.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10yrs real estate investment experience and will either be working for the principal investment arm of a bulge bracket investment bank or will already be working in a similar role for a top tier Real Estate Private Equity business.
