My client is a global market leader in the branded ambient grocery food sector. The business has accumulated an exceptional array of household food brands and leads the way in innovation, marketing and quality of product in the branded FMCG arena. Due to continued success and the ever increasing need to supplement grocery customers with the best possible service we are looking to recruit a Customer Marketing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

By working as a direct Category Partner to the major multiples, you will be accountable for developing both branded and own label portfolios through planning, category process and research.
You will define the specific retailer strategy to enable to business to identify opportunities to drive category success. By tailoring your category proposition to the individual retailers you will be able to influence merchandising and range to create growth strategies through effective promotion.
You will also be highly competent using analytical data panels such as TNS, IRI, AC Nielsen or Retail Link.REQUIREMENTS

" Degree educated, you must have had exceptional experience working as a Category Manager or Customer Marketing Executive, specialising in top 4 major multiples.
" IRI, TNS, AC Nielsen or Retail Link exposure needs to be a key part of your skill set as the demanding role needs someone to have the category planning process to give the highest calibre of service straight away.
" By working on brands within FMCG grocery in past roles, you will be fully competent in operating in a high profile food business on key household brands.
