Are you a proven Project Manager with a construction background? Do you want to have an opportunity to develop and progress within a UK leading consultancy with a current focus on Industrial, Education (Further/Higher) and Healthcare? My client is looking to be introduced to proven candidates who deliver projects with passion and efficiency to return successful and profitable project completions.

Ideal candidates will have experience of client facing project management within the construction consultancy sector with experience of projects from £35m to £100m. You will have UK industry experience and also knowledge of the following elements:

Regular meetings with the client to understand the clients requirements
Value and risk management
Consultant selection
Fee management
Design management
Approval of invoices on behalf of the client
Preparation, implementation and close of the Project Execution Plan
Procurement strategies
Prepare and maintain the strategic programme
Chair Progress Meetings
Preparation of Monthly Client Reports

Having a demonstrable track record in UK industry, candidates should come from a client facing background and ideally be chartered/certified in a relevant discipline (RICS, APM, etc.)
