Following the recent trend experienced across the Construction Consultancy market I am looking to speak with experienced and proven Project Management professionals to work on a number of PFI, LIFT, Education and Healthcare projects, up to £50m, throughout the UK. There is a requirement in a number of client businesses for individuals who possess the traits necessary for successful project processes and completions.
Having a demonstrable UK track record, you should be capable of managing projects from conception, to client briefings, advising on design, planning and feasibility through to handover. Also required are excellent pre-contract documentation knowledge together with the ability to set up and use project management tools and execution plans. Candidates should come from a client facing background and ideally be chartered/certified in a relevant discipline, such as RICS, APM, etc.
