A highly successful Building Services company based in the Republic of Ireland is seeking a high quality Mechanical Estimator for their new UK base. Having brought on board a high achieving Director from a large Building Services contractor in England, they are recruiting key individuals to drive this new business unit forward. As a result, a dynamic and forward thinking Estimator is required.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Building Services Estimator with a Mechanical bias, used to working in the Education, Commercial and Leisure sectors on projects up to £500k minimum. The business plan in place for this business will see significant growth, with strong backing from the parent company and a large network plus some significant contracts already in the order book. The successful candidate can expect to benefit and grow with the company.

The package on offer includes a basic salary up to £50k, company vehicle, with bonus, life assurance and private healthcare.

Are you a proven Project Manager with a construction background? Following the recent trend experienced across the Construction Consultancy market I am looking to speak with experienced and proven Project Management professionals to work on a number of PFI, LIFT, Education and Healthcare projects, up to £50m, throughout the UK. There is a requirement in a number of client businesses for individuals who possess the traits necessary for successful project processes and completions.

Having a demonstrable UK track record, you should be capable of managing projects from conception, to client briefings, advising on design, planning and feasibility through to handover. Also required are excellent pre-contract documentation knowledge together with the ability to set up and use project management tools and execution plans. Candidates should come from a client facing background and ideally be chartered/certified in a relevant discipline, such as RICS, APM, etc.
