Chief Executive, Terry Ellis, founded Burns Carlton in 2003, with a view to becoming a leading supplier in executive and mid-market recruitment. This goal remains the cornerstone of Burns Carlton’s vision today.

Terry Ellis has over 25 years experience in the executive recruitment market and this combined with the experience of not only the Executive Board, but also our team of specialist recruitment consultants, has seen us evolve into a leading executive search and selection organisation.

Key to our success has been our determination to recruit and retain the right people. The mix of experience, ability and knowledge in our executive recruitment team has allowed us to build a recruitment process sufficiently robust to exceed our clients’ and candidates’ expectations.
