Our client is an SME with a turnover of £20m and specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of building products. The company has an outstanding reputation for innovation and excellence and is a very profitable market leader, supplying external building systems to the Construction Industry.

They are now actively seeking to appoint an experienced and capable Chief Executive who can help them achieve an ambitious growth plan, with group support, to quadruple or treble the turnover in the next 5 years. There is a highly experienced, skilled team already in place and a clear strategy to maintain growth levels and extend international reach.

An excellent basic salary in excess of £100k with a progressive bonus and benefits package is available to the successful candidate.

Educated to Degree standard you will have proven leadership skills and experience of providing strategic direction and inspiration whilst maintaining the status quo. A demonstrable sales background with knowledge of the construction/ building controls industry, subcontracting or a specification route to market is essential. Experience in HVAC or controls, although not essential is highly desirable.
