The Role

Due to our organic growth we are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our successful teams.

Ideally you will have recruitment experience within a similar environment operating within the Public Sector specifically social services, PCT's, NHS, SHA or Housing Associations and have had success winning retained business at a senior level. You will naturally possess the desire to succeed and be knowledgeable within your sector.

This is an opportunity to become a successful Senior Consultant within a professional environment with no geographical restraints and full resource and research support.

You will be generating fees and maximising profitability within this fast paced specialist market, using professional skills to develop strong partnerships with your clients and candidates. You will be working with an experienced senior consultant and enjoy sales support from resource consultants to enable you to search the best talent in your market place.

You will receive an attractive basic salary, an accelerated (uncapped) commission scheme and the potential to enter into our Employee Share Option Scheme. In addition to this you will receive comprehensive in-house training and development combined with the opportunity to build a long and rewarding career.
