My Client a Joint Venture between two high profile organisations is currently going through the most exciting period of its fifty plus years history.
A move towards achieving world class standards and the doubling of its turnover to around $1bn is led by an exceptional CEO of the highest calibre.
Central to the strategic plan is to create an A class central leadership team who will drive strategy, business improvements and cultural change throughout its global footprint which sees manufacturing and distribution sites in around twenty countries spanning across all continents.
A key hire will be the appointment of a New Group HRD.
This role will be pivotal to the success of the overall plan as you will be the gate keeper which ensures that all senior talent acquisition programs identify the best possible people and that the team dynamic is maximised.
The role sits within the Global Executive Team and will be responsible for HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Organisation and Development, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Senior Rewards -Compensation and Benefits, Employee Branding and Succession Planning.
The business has a high degree of complexity, multi site manufacturing etc. The appointed individual will need to be prepared to travel as appropriate in order to orientate yourself, be visible and create the required relationships with the senior team, both the Business Unit Directors and their in Country HR team.
A second tier qualification such as a Masters will ensure that you have the commercial breadth and skills required to make the required contribution within the Global Executive Team.
