Our client is the Fund Management arm of this highly prestigious Real Estate Advisory organisation. With a Pan European office network and a strong presence in the UK this Fund Manager is well placed to continue its many successes.

There is currently a need to recruit an Asset Manager to cover a mixed portfolio across the UK with a combined value of over £200 million. You will be expected to raise the values of these assets and ensure that valuations are completed, Tenant mix is strong and the general performance of the portfolio is to the highest level.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of post qualification experience (MRICS) ideally working within an Investment or Fund Management organisation. You will be driven and have the ability to grow and develop into the role as it evolves.
