Senior Analyst, Real Estate Special Situations

This global real estate fund manager is now looking to hire an experienced Senior Analyst or 1st yr Associate to join its newly formed "Special Situations Group" in London.

Initially you will report into the head of the group and will ultimately be responsible for providing detailed analytical/ underwriting support in the form of complex IRR & DCF modelling. Due to the small and specialist nature of this team you will be actively involved throughout the Investment/ Asset Management life cycle as well as playing a major role during the origination process.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3yrs relevant real estate investment experience and will probably be working within an advisory function for one of the major investment banks or professional services firms. Due to the pan-European nature of this role a second language is an advantage however not essential.
