Associate - Real Estate Equities

This high profile real estate principal investor is now looking to hire an experienced associate to join its established London based European real estate securities/ equities team.

Working closely with the portfolio management team, you will provide buy/ sell recommendations in the form of analysis and research into listed real estate securities to contribute to out-performance versus industry benchmarks.
The successful candidate will have c3-5yrs relevant real estate equity markets, valuation or research experience coupled with strong financial modelling skills and the ability to communicate and influence across all levels. Exposure to the Pan-European real estate market is essential.
